MyAlarm: Stay Focused Privacy Policy

MyAlarm: Stay Focused is provided by PARTNERNET SOFTWARE PTY LTD. This policy describes the current local-first release for iPhone and iPad.

Data handling

The current MyAlarm release does not require an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. Alarm definitions, schedules, labels, Snooze and follow-up settings, system occurrence identifiers, and recent lifecycle records are stored locally on the user's device and used only to provide the alarm features the user requests.

MyAlarm does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud synchronization, remote notification, payment, or third-party telemetry SDKs in this release.

Apple system services

MyAlarm uses Apple system frameworks including AlarmKit, SwiftData, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, and App Intents to schedule and present alarms and related status. The app and its Widget extension share only the local data needed for alarm actions and presentation through Apple's App Group mechanism.

Information handled by Apple system services is governed by the user's Apple platform settings and Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.

Permissions

MyAlarm requests alarm permission only so it can schedule alarms explicitly created or tested by the user. The user can change this permission in system settings.

Retention and deletion

Alarm information remains on the device until the user deletes it or removes the app, subject to normal operating-system storage and backup behaviour. MyAlarm's deletion controls first attempt to cancel related system occurrences before removing the local definition.

Support communications

The app does not send support data automatically. If a person chooses to email support, the information they include is transmitted using their email provider and is used to respond to the request. Users should not send passwords, credentials, certificates, or other secrets.

Children

MyAlarm is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version adds accounts, synchronization, analytics, remote notifications, payments, email, Telegram, voice-call services, or another network feature, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before that version is released.
